Printlio.in is an Indian online platform that helps customers create premium personalized products with ease. Our services include AI Photo Frames and Customized Notebooks designed for personal gifting, branding, events, teams, and businesses.

By visiting Printlio.in, uploading content, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Printlio offers creative and customized products through a simple online ordering experience.

To keep Printlio safe, reliable, and legally compliant, customers must follow these responsibilities.

• Upload only images, logos, or designs that you own or have permission to use.
• Provide accurate name, phone number, email, and shipping information.
• Ensure uploaded content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

Printlio does not accept or process content that is unsafe, illegal, offensive, or unsuitable for personalized printing.

• Nude images, adult content, or pornographic content.
• Graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, or abusive content.
• Illegal content or material that promotes illegal activity.
• Copyright-infringing images, logos, artwork, or brand assets.

AI-generated previews are creative interpretations and may vary from your expectations. Customers can regenerate the artwork before approving it. Once the customer approves the final design and places an order, production begins.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• GST is calculated during checkout where applicable.
• Shipping charges are displayed before payment.
• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
• Printlio does not store customers' card, UPI, net banking, or other banking details.

Production begins only after payment confirmation and, where required, design approval. Minor colour variations between digital previews and printed products may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, print material, and printing processes.

Printlio ships orders across India using trusted courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp wherever available.

Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once printing has begun, cancellation is not possible because AI Photo Frames and Customized Notebooks are personalized products made specifically for each customer.

Returns or replacements are accepted only in genuine product-related issues.

• Wrong product delivered.
• Product damaged during transit.
• Manufacturing defect in the delivered product.

All website content, branding, graphics, layouts, product visuals, and designs displayed on Printlio.in belong to Printlio unless otherwise stated. Customers retain ownership of the images, logos, and designs they upload, while granting Printlio permission to use them only for processing and fulfilling the order.

Printlio is not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier partners, natural disasters, technical outages, government restrictions, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use customer details only for order processing, support, delivery, communication, and service improvement.

Printlio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept the revised terms.
